We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of our products and ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
As a Quality Manager, you will:
1.
Develop, implement, manage, and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with the IATF - 16949 and QS9000 standards.
2.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
3.
Oversee the entire quality control process, from raw material inspection to final product delivery.
4.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement quality control programs that help improve our products and meet customer expectations.
5.
Lead problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
6.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and preventive actions.
7.
Train and supervise quality assurance staff, ensuring they are competent and fully aware of their roles and responsibilities.
8.
Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues and improve customer satisfaction.
9.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements in quality management.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this vital role, you should possess:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
2.
A strong understanding and practical experience with Quality Control, Quality Management Systems, IATF - 16949, QS9000, audit, and quality engineering.
3.
A proven track record of managing and improving quality in a manufacturing environment.
4.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
5.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate a team.
6.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
7.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
8.
Certifications in Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, would be an advantage.
