Materials Utility Operator (s179390-846)

Summary of Primary Duties: Effectively support the manufacturing and shipout processes by pulling orders for manufacturing; staging and tagging incoming material; load and unload trucks used for shipments via forklift.
The incumbent is responsible for a variety of straightforward, routine duties in the assigned department or work area related to the manufacture and assembly of product. The incumbent participates in the company's quality initiatives including, but not limited to: TS/ISO certification and maintenance of quality systems in place. The incumbent participates in the company's safety programs by ensuring a safe and clean working environment, timely reporting of any safety violations, timely reporting of any workplace incidents or injuries, and effective housekeeping.
Unload component parts from trucks
Pull order for manufacturing and component areas ensuring that timelines are met
Transport product to point of use throughout the plant
Pull order for component shipping
Record transactions in Cullinet System keeping inventory up-to-date, including consignment inventory
Weight, count and locate returned and received product
Operate electronic scale system
Stage and tag incoming material
Locate material in plant inventory bins and process electronic receivers
Operate forklift
Required Skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required (if outside hire).
Must posses or have the ability to get a CDL Class A
Able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
Able to perform basic mathematical functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; must be detail oriented
Computer literacy required, including the ability to effectively learn and use the Cullinet (internal inventory system)
Able to obtain certification to operate forklift and overhead crane
Working knowledge of 5S
Working knowledge of electronic scale system
Working knowledge of shipping process and regulations
Physical Requirements: Lifting, carrying, pushing items up to 50lbs; repetitive motion (keyboarding); mostly sedentary work, occasional standing and/or walking; some confined sitting; must concentrate on instruments, control panels; ability to react to rapid change; standard level of concentration; exposure to noise, temperature extremes, humidity, hazardous chemicals and/or materials.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
